Installation of porcelain souvenir medallions and plaques

The attachment system with 3M double-sided adhesive tape is the simplest, quickest, most efficient and long-term method.

Ensure that the surface to be taped is clean, not oily and above freezing. Clean oily surfaces with a solvent, then use a mixture of water and rubbing alcohol to remove any residue. Wipe with a clean and dry cloth.

If there is sandblasted hole in the monument, epoxy adhesive must be used.

Installation of framed medallions and plaques, with or without a bronze-plated, bronze or rhodium cover

There are two methods for attaching medallions and plaques with a bronze-plated, bronze or rhodium frame :

1. The first method consists in using the attachment system with 3M double-sided adhesive tape explained above for souvenir medallions and plaques.

2- The second method involves using the lug mount attachment system. The lugs are already attached to the frames. Simply drill two small holes in the stone and use epoxy adhesive to insert the lugs into the stone.

Installation of medallions with a bronze or rhodium frame with a cover

Install medallions with bronze or rhodium frames with a bronze or rhodium cover using the attachment system (screws and lugs, supplied by us). Simply drill two holes into stone, insert the lugs, then attache the frame by driving the screws into the lugs. We also recommend dipping the lugs into epoxy adhesive before inserting them into the stone to ensure they are firmly attached.
